Established on June 27, 1974, by Very Rev. Fr. Dr. Johnson Ojiako, of the Catholic Diocese of Awka in Anambra State, Nigeria.

WHO ARE THEY?
The Sisters of the Christian Services is an Institute of Consecrated Life founded by Very. Rev. Fr. Dr.Johnson Ojiako for women who will work in a developing continent like Africa. The Congregation belongs to what the Church calls “Secular Institutes because they endeavor to contribute to the sanctification of the world especially from within.

With heart full of joy in this Christmas Season, I’m grateful for the blessings of God upon us, the Sisters of the Christian Services. This year marks our inaugural online presence, uniting with our Sisters, friends, family, and the wider church community.

As we gear up for a significant milestone—the Golden Jubilee in June 2024, commemorating our 50th foundation anniversary—I earnestly seek your prayers, support, and companionship. Your involvement is invaluable to us on this journey.
